Configure Reconciliation Settings
Configure automatic matching and time window.
Available Settings (POSBridge → Settings → Reconciliation)
| Setting | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-match | Enabled | POSBridge automatically matches transactions. |
| Sensitivity | Standard | How certain a match must be for automatic linking. Higher = fewer but more reliable matches. |
| Time window | 10 min | Maximum time difference between SumUp transaction and Shopify order for an auto-match. |
| POS orders only | Yes | Only orders from Shopify POS are auto-matched (recommended). |
| Exclude cash | Yes | Ignore cash orders during matching. |
Tip
Recommendation: leave settings at default. Only adjust if you regularly see false matches or persistently many unlinked transactions.
