Debug SumUp Connection
Diagnose and fix OAuth connection errors.
Reconnect OAuth
Settings → SumUp OAuth → Reconnect. This fetches a fresh token. Resolves most connection issues.
Use correct SumUp account
Make sure you log in with the SumUp account that owns the terminal. Different SumUp accounts cannot access each other's terminals.
Disconnect and restart
Settings → Disconnect → wait for confirmation → click Connect SumUp via OAuth again.
Clear browser cache
For persistent redirect issues: clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete) and try again.
"OAuth failed" error message
This is a server-side error. Try again in 1–2 minutes. If the error persists, contact support.
Connection was active, now shows "Not connected"
The token has expired or been revoked. Click Connect SumUp via OAuth to renew the connection.
Payment works but reconciliation does not run
The connection is OK. Check under Settings → Reconciliation whether Auto-Sync is enabled and whether SumUp transactions are within the sync window.
