POSBridge Tile Missing from Smart Grid
The POSBridge tile is not visible in the Shopify POS Smart Grid.

Add tile manually
Shopify POS → pencil icon ✏️ → Add app tile → search "POSBridge SumUp Payment" → Add → Done.

If tile does not appear in search
Make sure: 1. POSBridge is installed in Shopify Admin. 2. An active plan or trial exists. 3. Shopify POS app is up to date. 4. Wait up to 5 minutes after app installation.
Warning
The tile must be added separately on each iPad/iPhone. The setting is device-specific.
